All jobs and projects posted must be legitimate and with no up-front or start-up fee. Hiring agents may not promote unethical, illegal or immoral employment opportunities or moneymaking schemes. If notified by a member of any home-based employment or project opportunity posted in our database that allegedly does not conform to these Terms and Conditions, we will investigate and determine in good faith and at our sole discretion whether or not to remove the listing. If the listing is deemed to not conform to our Terms and Conditions, the listing will be removed immediately. The Freelancers' Oasis reserves the right to decline and remove job postings at our sole discretion.

Payment of such fee only provides member with access to the subscription- based website, and information contained therein, i.e., the job listings of employers seeking employees, freelancers or contractors.

User IDs and Passwords are private and protected. Their unauthorized distribution is prohibited and will result in termination and/or loss recovery. As a holder of a User ID and Password that grants access to non-public areas of this website, all members are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their information and Password. Membership fees are non-refundable. All memberships will automatically become recurring memberships. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel prior to the end of the billing period. Subscriptions may be canceled at any time with no questions asked.
